Grinned domestic Yuzu and green chili peppers are used to create a colorful and flavorful Yuzu pepper made with rock salt. Domestic Tuzu and green chili pepper grown only in Japan It is a seasoning commonly used in the Kyushu region, where green chilies and yuzu peel are ground with salt and matured. Kinjirushi Yuzu Pepper is made by grinding domestic yuzu and green chili peppers and marinating them in rock salt. It is a flavorful yuzu pepper with a refreshing aroma of yuzu and a moderate spiciness from the chili pepper with a low salt content. Can be used in hot pot dishes, soups, sashimi, tempura, grilled chicken, grilled meat, tofu, etc. Squeeze out an appropriate amount for use. After thawing and sealing, seal and refrigerate in an airtight container and use as soon as possible. (Recommended use after thawing is approximately 10 days in refrigeration).
