What makes Chungjungone Essential Sea Salt for Kimchi 1kg different

Chungjungwon Sinan Island Sea Salt for Kimchi is a super high quality sea salt produced in the natural sea of Sinan, Korea. To make kimchi deliciously, use sea salt. Sea salt does not have a bitter taste due to the drainage of bitter water, and minerals help fermentation by promoting the production and growth of lactic acid bacteria.

Tip1: Make kimchi with coarse salt in Sinan Island.
When pickling cabbage, about 1 cup (250 g) of salt is needed for each cabbage. If you sprinkle 1.25 cups of salt directly into the cabbage and dissolve 0.25 cups in water and pickle the cabbage, you can make crispy kimchi for a long time.
Tip2: How to easily make salt water with the correct salinity
Put the salt in the water and add a spit egg. When an egg rises as much as a coin, it is the perfect salinity for pickling cabbage.
