JFC Yume Nishiki rice is perfect brown rice which has rich natural sweet taste and aroma. Super premium brown rice with shine and viscosity. Ideal for sushi and Asian dishes. In a medium saucepan, mix 1 cup Yume Nishiki rice and 2 cup water and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer with lid on for about35 minutes until all liquid has boiled away. Remove pot from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Yields about 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
