KIKKOMAN TOSHIDEMO SHINKEN Umami Enriched Kelp Soy Sauce is a dashi soy sauce with a refined aroma and rich flavor from Hokkaido's kelp and Hidaka kelp. This soy sauce is made from 100% Hokkaido kelp and Hidaka kelp. It can be used for all kinds of cooking, from dipping rice with eggs or boiled rice to cooking boiled vegetables. The salt content has been reduced by 25% compared to Koi Kuchi soy sauce (salt content 17.1% according to the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2015). The container is a double-layered "sealed eco-bottle" that prevents the soy sauce from being exposed to air, keeping the freshness of the soy sauce and the flavor of the dashi for 120 days after opening the bottle at room temperature. The bottle is designed to be pushed out to release the soy sauce and put back in to stop the flow, allowing you to freely adjust the amount of soy sauce you want to pour, from one drop to as much as you want. The bottle is made of PET material, making it recyclable and environmentally friendly in addition to its freshness-preserving function and ease of use.
