Ingredients for 4 servings
● 1/2 box of Koku no luxuriant stew (cream)
● 150g chicken (thigh)
● 1 medium onion
● 1 medium potato
● 1/2 of a carrot
● 1 tablespoon salad oil
● 450ml water
● 150ml milk

How to make
1. Heat salad oil in a heavy pot and saute chicken, onion, potato and carrot.
2. Add the water, bring to a boil, remove the scum, and simmer over low to medium heat for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender. 3.
3. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. 4.
4. Add the milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
