what makes Higashimaru Kagoshima Tonkotu-fu Ramen, Animal Free, 2 Servings 157g different

Higashimaru Kagoshima Tonkotu-fu Ramen has a light pork bone flavor with pork bone oil kneaded into the soup. It doesn't contain animal ingredients. By wrapping the noodles in aluminum vapor deposition film, the freshly made taste is locked in the bag.

The origin of the word "ramen" is believed to be "垃 noodles", a type of noodle from northern China. The word "垃" means "to pull," and it is said that the noodles were made by adding salt, eggs, brine, and water to wheat flour, then pulling the flour by hand into many thin threads, which are now called ramen.
In Japan, long, thin noodles cut with a knife or by machine are used. Later, it evolved into "instant ramen" (also known as "instant noodles" or "instant ramen"), which can be eaten quickly at any time and has spread all over the world.
Today, nearly 100 billion servings of instant ramen are consumed worldwide (the amount consumed in Japan is approximately 5 billion yen), and its evolution continues unabated. The evolution of this dish is unstoppable.

Ramen Noodles in Korea und Japan

Loved by Koreans and all around world! Ramen, which is a perfect combination with Kimchi and Korean radishes, can be easily cooked by anyone.

Cup noodles are by far the most popular item in Japanese convenience stores! There are even many tourists who buy cup noodles as a souvenir in Japan. Instant noodles are made with noodles boiled once and fried for cooking later time. Nowadays, instant noodles, loved by both Korea and Japan, are said to be invented by Ando Momofuku, a Taiwanese Japanese in Japan after the end of World War II. At that time, there was a lot of wheat flour as a relief item from the US Army.

The first instant noodles were chicken ramen noodles made on the island of Shinshu Shokusan, the predecessor of the Nissin food industry. The early ramen became more popular since then and it is now mostly served in a package and the instant cup. Enjoy a variety of delicious ramen at NikanKitchen!
