Igarashi Seimen Hokkaido Sapporo Miso Ramen is the traditional Miso ramen in Sapporo, Hukkaido prefecture in Japan. Thick dry noodle is dried and aged with low temperature 48 hours that is not fried with oil. You can enjoy a deep savory and rich miso taste as Sapporo's characteristic is tangled with noodle well.

Igarashi Seimen was founded in 1931 by Taiji Igarashi as a rice hull merchant, milling rice, beans, soybeans, etc. Igarashi Seimen's original products include fresh ramen noodles, dried ramen noodles aged at low temperatures, and dried noodles with a rich natural flavor, all made with flour carefully selected in an environment blessed with a view of the Iide Mountains.

noodle (wheat flour, water, acidity regulators: E501, E500, E399, E452 and E450, table salt).
Soup base (water, humectant: E420 and E956, table salt, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sesame oil), soybean paste (7%) (water, soybean, rice, table salt), flavor enhancer: E621 and E631, color: E150A, garlic powder, spices (chilli, white pepper), ginger powder (ginger, mandarin peel powder), onion powder (onion, dextrin), fish powder, thickening powder: E415). Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
