Mitake Marudaizu Kinako (soybean flour) is Mitake's signature soybean flour made from aromatic roasted soybeans. No genetically modified soya beans are used.

Carefully selected sweet soya beans are slowly roasted using a unique two-stage roasting process. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and savory soybean flour.
It can be used in a variety of applications such as soybean flour drinks, soybean flour lassi, soybean flour pudding, and cakes.
