Higashimaru Cup Kagoshima Keihan Soup is made from dried domestic rice and has a clean, tasty chicken flavor. Simply pour hot water into a cup and use as a breakfast or lunch accompaniment. A cup of soup made from 'keihan' (chicken rice), a local dish of the Amami region of Kagoshima Prefecture, with less than 100 kcal per serving. Add dried rice and powdered soup with ingredients, pour boiling water, stir for 15 seconds, cover and it is ready in about 4 minutes. The soup has a refreshing taste with chicken and shiitake mushroom broth.
