Sapporo Ichiban Tabi-Men Aizu Kitakata Shoyu Ramen Cup is a local cup noodle that makes it easy to enjoy the taste of Aizu/Kitakata ramen. The noodles are flat noodles with a sticky, chewy texture in the handmade style. The noodles are curled so that they blend well with the soup. The Kitakata-style soy sauce ramen soup combines the flavour of Fukushima-brewed soy sauce, the clean umami of pork and chicken, and the flavour of seafood. The ingredients are a combination of chashu pork, menma, naruto and spring onions.
