Ware prima, aber Kundensupport nur so mittel. Ware ist prima, wurde gut verpackt. Wenn bei der Bestellung alles rund läuft, alles gut. Aber:
Der Händler hat zuerst ein falsches Paket versendet - soweit, so okay, kann immer mal passieren. Allerdings kam die Mail dazu erst quasi zeitgleich mit der Lieferung durch DHL, wodurch es zu spät war, die Annahme zu verweigern - und dann bestand der Händler zunächst darauf, dass das falsche Paket erst wieder bei ihm ankommen (!) soll, danach werde die korrekte Ware versendet. Es hat mehrere Emails gebraucht, um ihn davon abzubringen.
Pakete verwechseln kann immer mal vorkommen, das ist nicht schlimm - aber dann ernsthaft kurz vor Jahresende auf die Idee kommen, die korrekte Ware erst nach Ankunft der Retoure zu versenden, geht garnicht, find ich. Gerade, weil die Bestellung ja schon mehrere Tage her war, und damit eh schon sehr spät kommen würde.
Fand ich sehr, sehr schade - ich hätte ein paar Tage vor Weihnachten, eh schon eine stressige Zeit, echt darauf verzichten können, mit einem Händler per Email über Versendung der bezahlten Ware diskutieren zu müssen (natürlich ohne eine Entschädigung oder Rabatt am Ende).

*** To ensure that each frozen product arrives safely and optimally chilled, all frozen products are carefully delivered and shipped by hand with an icepack (ice gel) in an insulated bag made of a plastic fleece with excellent insulating performance. At the same time, the new product is particularly sustainable because the packaging consists of 80 percent recycled PET bottles. The insulated bag and ice pack are reusable.
Please note that despite the cold pack, the cooling function decreases after a while during transport and this product can be delivered defrosted in transit. Please keep it in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible. Do not refreeze.
We also recommend express shipping (+ € 3.00 surcharge) as a shipping option for all refrigerated / frozen goods, delivery to the next working day after delivery guaranteed to service providers. It is particularly important in summer when the outside temperature is relatively higher than normal temperature. If you do not select this shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for this and the full invoice amount is still due. If you do not choose this express shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for quality problems during transport.

Note: You as a customer are obliged to guarantee acceptance of your ordered goods during this period - either by you personally or possibly by a neighbor. For DPD, a corresponding note must be clearly visible. If you do not comply with this obligation and the goods are thawed or spoiled, the full invoice amount is still due.
Please note that between May to October (summer time) we ship all refrigerated/frozen goods only with express shipping to ensure the best product quality and cold chain.
Furthermore, we recommend our customers EXPRESS-Versand (+3.00 € surcharge) as shipping method for all fresh/frozen products in order to deliver the fresh/frozen products to customers as soon as possible.
