Ingredients

  • 250g Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of White sesame
  • 1 clove for Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt for boil

Preparation

  1. Boil the water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and boil spinach for about 30 seconds.
  2. Put in cold water, cut into easy-to-eat size (about 3 cm) and drain well.
  3. Transfer the spinach to a bowl, add seasoning in the order of sesame oil → salt → soy sauce → white sesame → garlic, and mix well each time.
