For 2 Persons Preparation Time ca. 10 Minuten


  • About 200g soured kimchi
  • 20g butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • A pinch of sesame or spring onion as topping


  1. Cut kimchi into a size that is easy to eat.
  2. Put butter in a pan and heat buttor to fry with kimchi.
  3. Stir fry kimchi on medium heat for 5 minutes and add soy sauce and sugar.
  4. Stir on low heat to get a little moisture.
  5. Finish with a pinch of sesame or chopped spring opion on top
