Tofu and wakame Seaweed miso soup

Ingredients

  • 350cc Water
  • 1/4 Tofu, 1.5 cm square cut
  • 4 g Dry wakame seaweed
  • Proper amount of Green onion, chop finely
  • 2 tablespoons miso

Ingredients

  • Return the wakame with water, cut it to the appropriate size and drain.
  • Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square.
  • Cut green onion into small pieces.
  • Put water in a pot, boil and add tofu and wakame, boil for about 3 minutes and let the ingredients pass.
  • Stop the fire and melt the miso. Be careful not to boil.
  • If you taste and taste seems to be light, add miso.
  • Serve on equipment and scatter onions.
