For 4 Persons Preparation Time ca. 20 Minuten


  • 350cc Water
  • 1/4 Tofu, 1.5 cm square cut
  • 4 g Dry wakame seaweed
  • Proper amount of Green onion, chop finely
  • 2 tablespoons miso


  1. Return the wakame with water, cut it to the appropriate size and drain.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square.
  3. Cut green onion into small pieces.
  4. Put water in a pot, boil and add tofu and wakame, boil for about 3 minutes and let the ingredients pass.
  5. Stop the fire and melt the miso. Be careful not to boil.
  6. If you taste and taste seems to be light, add miso.
  7. Serve on equipment and scatter onions.
