Mitarashi dumpling

Ingredients

  • 100 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 100 cc Warm water
  • Sauce
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon Millin
  • 1 tablespoon starch of potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 75 cc Water

Ingredients

  • Add warm water little by little to glutinous rice flour and knead well.
  • Roll around one by one when it gets soft as earlobe.
  • Put dumplings in boiling water and boil. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes after the dumplings float.
  • Raise it to a strainer and let it cool with cold water.
  • Put the sauce's ingredients in a pan and stir for about 10 minutes until it thickens with a low heat.
