Mitarashi dumpling

Ingredients
- 100 g Glutinous rice flour li>
- 100 cc Warm water li>
- Sauce li>
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon li>
- 1 tablespoon Millin li>
- 1 tablespoon starch of potato starch li>
- 2 tablespoons sugar li>
- 75 cc Water li>
Preparation
- Add warm water little by little to glutinous rice flour and knead well. li>
- Roll around one by one when it gets soft as earlobe. li>
- Put dumplings in boiling water and boil. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes after the dumplings float. li>
- Raise it to a strainer and let it cool with cold water. li>
- Put the sauce's ingredients in a pan and stir for about 10 minutes until it thickens with a low heat. li>
