For 2 Persons Preparation Time ca. 20 Minuten


  • 100 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 100 cc Warm water
  • Sauce
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon Millin
  • 1 tablespoon starch of potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 75 cc Water


  1. Add warm water little by little to glutinous rice flour and knead well.
  2. Roll around one by one when it gets soft as earlobe.
  3. Put dumplings in boiling water and boil. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes after the dumplings float.
  4. Raise it to a strainer and let it cool with cold water.
  5. Put the sauce's ingredients in a pan and stir for about 10 minutes until it thickens with a low heat.
