Ingredients

  • 700 cc Water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Dashi soup stock
  • 200 g Dried udon
  • 1 tablespoon of green onion cut into small pieces
  • Surimi 4 sticks

Preparation

  1. Put water in a pan and boil, boil udon.
  2. Raise boiled udon to the strainer and drain it.
  3. Put water in a pan, boil it, and put in a dashi soup stock.
  4. Add the mirin.
  5. Add the soy sauce.
  6. Serve udon in the vessel and pour the soup.
  7. Topping with crab-sticks and green onion.
