Ingredients
- 700 cc Water li>
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce li>
- 3 tablespoons mirin li>
- 1 tablespoon Dashi soup stock li>
- 200 g Dried udon li>
- 1 tablespoon of green onion cut into small pieces li>
- Surimi 4 sticks li>
Preparation
- Put water in a pan and boil, boil udon. li>
- Raise boiled udon to the strainer and drain it. li>
- Put water in a pan, boil it, and put in a dashi soup stock. li>
- Add the mirin. li>
- Add the soy sauce. li>
- Serve udon in the vessel and pour the soup. li>
- Topping with crab-sticks and green onion. li>
