For 2 Persons Preparation Time ca. 20 Minuten


  • 400 g Salmon
  • Flour Proper quantity
  • Salt and pepper a little
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


  1. Cut the salmon into three equal pieces and take the water with kitchen paper.
  2. Shake the salt and pepper to the salmon and dip the flour thinly.
