Curry and rice

Ingredients
- 500g Rice li>
- Curry half box 92.5 g li>
- 250 g Meat li>
- 1 onion li>
- 1 potato li>
- 1 carrot li>
- 3 cups of water li>
- 1 tablespoon olive oil li>
Preparation
- Add about 600 c (3 cups) of water to 500 g rice, and cook rice. li>
- Cut the onions into combs, cut potatoes and carrots, meat into bite size. li>
- Heat the olive oil in the pan and stir-fry the onion. li>
- When the onion passes fire, put meat, potatoes, carrots and fry it. li>
- Simply simmer for about 15 minutes while removing the lye until water is added and the ingredients become soft. li>
- Weaken the fire and break the curry rou and melt it. li>
- Boil it while stirring occasionally until it gets thick. li>
