For 2-3 Persons Preparation Time ca. 40 Minuten


  • 500g Rice
  • Curry half box 92.5 g
  • 250 g Meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Add about 600 c (3 cups) of water to 500 g rice, and cook rice.
  2. Cut the onions into combs, cut potatoes and carrots, meat into bite size.
  3. Heat the olive oil in the pan and stir-fry the onion.
  4. When the onion passes fire, put meat, potatoes, carrots and fry it.
  5. Simply simmer for about 15 minutes while removing the lye until water is added and the ingredients become soft.
  6. Weaken the fire and break the curry rou and melt it.
  7. Boil it while stirring occasionally until it gets thick.
