To ensure that every frozen product arrives safely and optimally chilled, all frozen products are carefully packed by hand in a high-quality, reusable Styrofoam box. All fresh items in an insulated shipping container with sufficient cooling.
Note: You as a customer are obliged to guarantee acceptance of your ordered goods during this period - either by you personally or possibly by a neighbor. For DPD, a corresponding note must be clearly visible. If you do not comply with this obligation and the goods are thawed or spoiled, the full invoice amount is still due.
Please note that between May to October (summer time) we ship all refrigerated/frozen goods only with express shipping to ensure the best product quality and cold chain.
Furthermore, we recommend our customers EXPRESS-Versand (+3.00 € surcharge) as shipping method for all fresh/frozen products in order to deliver the fresh/frozen products to customers as soon as possible. If you do not choose this express shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for quality problems during transport.
