- This competition is run by NikanKitchen, Anna-Maria-Müller-Str. 19, 13053 Berlin.
- The prize draw and written prize notification will be made after the raffle by NikanKitchen. The profit transfer takes place by NikanKitchen. All participants decide the lot. The prize draw will be held in camera.
- Winners will be promptly notified via e-mail and asked to send their contact details to NikanKitchen in response to the e-mail. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their provided contact details, especially their e-mail and/or postal address. If the respective winner does not report up to and including 7 days after notification, the claim for their prize will be forfeited. In this case, a replacement winner will be drawn.
- Only persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are allowed to participate. Employees of NikanKitchen and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- NikanKitchen is entitled to create a personal user profile regarding the raffle participants. For this purpose, we will collect your log-in data, any voluntary information, and your usage and transaction data (place and time of purchase, purchased goods, price, discount if applicable) using a personal user ID in a database. Your credentials, any voluntary information, and usage data will be automatically analyzed there to provide you with advertising tailored to your personal interests (e.g., information about products, promotions, or competitions) (via e-mail, SMS, or push message). For this, we match the information stored in your profile with our products, offers, sweepstakes, and other promotions.
