Non-customized, non-final sale merchandise can be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (beginning the day after you receive the goods). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Conditions for exercising the return are that you return the goods complete, in their original condition, intact and in their original or appropriate packaging. NikanKitchen.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
An exclusion of the right of withdrawal depends specifically on the condition and type of the ordered goods. Is it canned and packaged products such as Pasta, rice, cans, bottles etc. have a right of withdrawal if the goods have not been opened. It is different with fresh and refrigerated / deep-frozen goods such as Fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat or fish. There is rapid perishability here, so that these products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Ready meals are also excluded from the revocation as soon as an existing seal has been removed. It is not yet decided by the judge whether a simple packaging film is sufficient as a seal, but in this case it can be assumed. This is due to health and hygiene aspects.
