How to level up
Each member level is determined by the number of NikanKitchen +PLUS Points earned and the number of points earned by other activities.

How to keep the level

Status of the program
The program is a status-based program that is determined by the number of orders and the total amount of orders that a member has collected through eligible purchases or promotions within a period of last 6 months.
The day you register, you will receive the status "MEMBER" and benefit from the corresponding advantages. You do not need orders to keep the status of "MEMBER".
On the day you start collecting points (hereinafter "start date"), you start your "NikanKitchen + Plus".
- On the first day of the month you have collected 0 points to 99 points: Then you will reach the "MEMBER" status and you will start the "MEMBER" status;
- On the first day of the month you have collected 100 points to 249 points: Then you will reach the "SILVER" status and you will start the "SILVER" status;

How can points be collected?You can collect points in several ways:
- Members receive one (1) point for each purchase value of 1 € of the standard or reduced price of the purchased NikanKitchen products, including all taxes.
- Eligible purchases also include the goods that are paid for with a gift voucher, excluding shipping costs. However, customers who buy a gift voucher do not collect points for the purchase value of the voucher.
- Five (5) to a maximum of fifteen (15) points per status for submitting product reviews on our website for a product you are using: 1 product rating gives five (5) points, a second five (5) points and a third five again (5) points. You can write as many product reviews as you like, but only get 3 product reviews per point;
- Ten (10) points per status for posting website reviews on our website for your experience about NikanKitchen;
- Three (3) points for connecting your customer account to Facebook for the first time via Facebook Connect, provided that your last name, first name and date of birth of your Facebook account match your NikanKitchen customer account;

Scope of application
The loyalty program "NikanKitchen + Plus" (hereinafter "program") is run by AGENO & COMAPNY - Inh.K.Ageno, based in Berlin, Anna-Maria-üller-Str. 19, 13053 Berlin, which is registered in Germany under the VAT identification number DE 813307548.
NikanKitchen organizes the loyalty program in Germany. Every customer in Germany and abroad can collect loyalty points. The present conditions of participation apply exclusively to the loyalty program organized by AGENO & COMAPNY - Inh.K.Ageno in Germany.
Consumers within the meaning of these conditions of participation is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
Deviating conditions of the customers are not recognized unless NikanKitchen expressly agrees to their validity.
For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of male and female language forms is avoided. All personal names apply equally to both sexes.
Participation in the program is open to all customers for personal use only and is limited to one membership per customer. Employees of a company in the NikanKitchen Group are excluded from participation. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration are eligible to participate.
You have registered on our website nikankitchen.com. To register and take advantage of the program, you must have a NikanKitchen customer account.
In any case, registration for the program is free of charge and with no purchase obligation.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself that will be requested in the appropriate forms to register for the NikanKitchen + Plus program and when creating a customer account on the website, and to update this information if necessary. The member is solely responsible for the correctness of the given data for participation in the program.
NikanKitchen + Plus Functionality
With the NikanKitchen + Plus program we would like to thank and reward our loyal customers. You have the opportunity to collect points and thus achieve different statuses of the program, each with certain advantages. These benefits may change from time to time and may only be available for a limited time.
Points can be earned by making certain purchases or taking other actions within the program. The eligible purchases, our points system and other ways to collect points and achieve status can be viewed on our website nikankitchen.com.
Requirements for Earning Points
In order for your purchase to be credited as part of the program, you must be registered for nikankitchen.com and logged into your customer account at the time of your purchase, in the case of an online order. If your registration on nikankitchen.com is canceled for any reason and you register again for nikankitchen.com, you are not entitled to credit for the purchases you made before registering again. In addition, you cannot restore points from your old account and transfer them to the new account.
For purchases in our web shop, the credit is usually made no later than the day the products are received.
Discharge of Points
In the event of an unauthorized crediting of points, we reserve the right to discharge these points. Points are awarded in the following cases in particular:
- If they were incorrectly credited due to a technical error by NikanKitchen;
- if they have been credited for an act of fraud or an act that does not comply with the terms;
- If the purchase is completely returned or canceled; this means that in the event of a partial return or cancellation, only the points for this returned or canceled part of the purchase will be carried out.
As a member, you collect points that determine your benefits and status. To take advantage of offers and benefits, you must achieve the minimum number of points that we have set for a particular benefit. Points can never be exchanged for money. You must be logged into your customer account to take advantage of your benefits. Members can receive notifications by email or post. Members receive email notifications of any available benefits only if they have consented to receive email notifications. Some offers can only be sent by email.
Some benefits can only be redeemed the next time you shop.
Some advantages are based on the status achieved. You can take advantage of these benefits as long as you are in the respective status, regardless of the number of points that are currently credited to you.
Offers and benefits are available while supplies last and / or until the expiry date if they are limited in time. The products can be replaced, which is at our sole discretion. Offers and benefits do not apply to NikanKitchen spa applications.
Neither customer accounts nor benefits and / or points of the program can be transferred, shared or combined. Only the member who pays for the products can collect benefits and / or points. The information in your customer account (including security information) is confidential and should not be shared with anyone.
Benefits and points earned through the program have no monetary value and are not transferable. Purchase values and / or points that have been credited to your customer account will be reduced or canceled if part or all of a purchase is returned or canceled, or if the score is achieved through a fraudulent or other non-contractual action. The sale, exchange, transfer or assignment of advantages of the program by anyone other than us is expressly prohibited.
Benefits cannot be exchanged or exchanged for points, another product, another service, or a cash refund.
If you are concerned that a purchase or other promotion has not been properly credited to your customer account, please contact our customer service. When submitting your request, please include your name, the email address associated with the program, the date of your action and any problems you have encountered. This request must be made within a maximum of forty-five (45) days from the date the purchase or program promotion took place. Points are not credited if a notification is received after this period.
Communication related to the program
We can only send you email notifications related to the program if you have consented to receiving them. If you unsubscribe from the program-related notifications, you will not receive any further e-mails about your program status or the program benefits.
A customer account can only be linked to a single email address. To register, you must at least fill in the information marked as mandatory.
Unlimited liability: We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. We are liable for slight negligence in the event of damage to life, limb or human health.
In addition, the following limited liability applies: In the event of slight negligence, we are also liable in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which you can regularly rely (cardinal obligation). Liability for slight negligence is limited to the amount of damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, and which is typically expected to occur. This limitation of liability also applies to our vicarious agents.
You can cancel your membership in “NikanKitchen + Plus” at any time by giving notice to us by email. Termination by NikanKitchen is possible with four weeks notice. Ordinary termination can occur, in particular, if you do not use your customer account for a longer period (e.g. if you have not logged into your customer account in a period of 24 months and / or have not placed an order in this period). In this case we will inform you in advance about the planned cancellation. The right to extraordinary termination without notice for an important reason remains unaffected. An important reason is in particular in the event of a culpable serious violation by the member of these conditions of participation (e.g. essential false information).
After cancellation by NikanKitchen, participation in "NikanKitchen + Plus" is not permitted.
In the event of an ordinary cancellation by NikanKitchen, the points and benefits collected remain valid until the cancellation becomes effective. In the event of a termination by the member or an extraordinary termination by L'Occitane, the points and benefits expire with the declaration of termination.
Blocking and Exclusion from Participation
In the event of a serious violation of these terms and conditions of participation, NikanKitchen has the right to block the member's account from the customer, taking into account the reasonableness principles. This authorization also exists for objective suspicions of the existence of a violation and for a period of time which is necessary for an appropriate examination of the facts. An important reason is in particular in the event of a culpable serious violation by the member of these conditions of participation (e.g. essential false information).
NikanKitchen reserves the right to discontinue “NikanKitchen + Plus” at any time and to cancel the membership with a notice period of four weeks.
In the event of a program termination, the points and benefits accumulated remain valid for a period of four weeks after notification of the termination.
Change of Terms and Conditions of The Program
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time with future effect, unless this is not reasonable for the customers. In the case of customers who are consumers, we are entitled to change the terms and conditions of the program in the following cases:
- if the change serves to ensure that the conditions of participation comply with the applicable law, in particular if the applicable legal situation changes;
- if the change serves us to comply with mandatory judicial or official decisions;
- if completely new services on our part, or service elements as well as technical or organizational processes require a description in the conditions of participation;
- if the change is only beneficial to customers.
In such a case, we will send the changed terms and conditions to the customer's email address at least two weeks before they take effect.
Customers will be given four weeks before the changes take effect to cancel their membership if the changes are disadvantageous for the customers.
If a customer does not contradict the new terms of participation within a period of four weeks after receipt of the email, the changed terms of participation are deemed to have been accepted by them. We will inform the customer with the change notification of the consequences of a failure to object. In the event of an objection, we are entitled to ordinary termination in accordance with these conditions of participation.
Customers can also agree to changed conditions of participation by expressly declaring their consent.
