This uses small grain soybean and draws out plenty of richness and umami sufficiently. The core is plump and soft and mellow finished.

To ensure the best cool conditions, this item will be packed with a ice pack (ice gel) in an isobox (cool package). Due to the cold/frozen packaging required for this product, cool shipping and handling charges will apply. For the best cool conditions, orders on Friday and weekend are delivered the following Monday. DHL Packstation or DPD Packshop not available. Needs improvement
I am new to Natto and currently trying each of 15 brands at our local japanese grocery store. Unfortunately I will select another brand to eat every day in the future. My reason are: not organic, unhealthy packet of corn syrup, too large size soybeans, soybeans dark in color.
