Stir-fried fish cake
1. Cut fish cakes, onions and peppers into proper size.
2. Put soy sauce, onion and red pepper powder in a pan and mix them all together with a medium heat.
3. Put fish cake, onion and pepper in boiling sauce and stir fry them until the sauce is well mixed with the fish cake.
4. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds to complete.

Fish cake soup
1. Make the broth first with anchovies and kelp.
2. Add fish cake, green onion, young egg, radish, enoki mushroom in the cooked broth.
3. Cook them with a medium heat.
4. Enjoy the fish cake and others with a wasabi soy sauce as dipping.

To ensure the best cool conditions, this item will be packed with a ice pack (ice gel) in an isobox (cool package). Due to the cold/frozen packaging required for this product, cool shipping and handling charges will apply.
