Frequently asked questions

Boil 250ml of water in a pan, add the noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Add the seasoning and oil, then stir-fry quickly until the sauce is evenly distributed and slightly thickened.

For a chewier texture, cook the noodles for a slightly shorter time, about 1.5-2 minutes, then drain thoroughly before stir-frying with the seasoning. For softer noodles, cook for the full 3 minutes or a little longer, ensuring enough water is absorbed before draining.

You can add thinly sliced cooked meats like chicken or pork, chopped vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, or bell peppers, and a fried egg on top. A dash of Japanese mayonnaise or pickled ginger also complements the flavor well.

Nissin Yakisoba 100g typically requires cooking the noodles in a pan with boiling water and then stir-frying with the sauce after draining. Nissin Cup Noodles usually only require adding hot water to the cup and waiting a few minutes, without draining.

While both offer a similar savory yakisoba flavor, the 100g pack cooked in a pan allows for more control over noodle texture and sauce reduction, potentially leading to a more intense stir-fried experience. Cup Yakisoba versions are designed for convenience, offering a consistent texture from just adding hot water.

Lieblingsnudeln
Die ersten gebratenen Nudeln die ich vor Jahren im Supermarkt fand. Ramen kannte ich schon. Durch die große Auswahl and Geschmacksrichtungen ist Nissin wohl eine der besten Firmen in Japan
