JAS special class (book brewing) light taste soy sauce. It is a full-fledged light mouth soy sauce that carefully selected raw materials are fermented and aged sufficiently, and taste is summarized with sweet sake. It has a gentle and light fragrance, making use of the taste and original colour and scent of ingredients. Because it tastes steadily in a small amount, please use it sparingly discreetly.
