How to Submit a Review
We ensure the authenticity of our reviews by inviting customers who have purchased directly from us to submit a review. After customers' purchase, we'll send customers an email asking them to write a review. This direct feedback mechanism guarantees that the reviews customers see are all from actual purchasers.
Alternatively, customers can also submit a product review directly in the customer portal after logging in. The products customers have purchased will be available for review along with their purchase date, further ensuring the legitimacy of all feedback.

*** To ensure that each frozen product arrives safely and optimally chilled, all frozen products are carefully delivered and shipped by hand with an icepack (ice gel) in an insulated bag made of a plastic fleece with excellent insulating performance. At the same time, the new product is particularly sustainable because the packaging consists of 80 percent recycled PET bottles. The insulated bag and ice pack are reusable.
Please note that despite the cold pack, the cooling function decreases after a while during transport and this product can be delivered defrosted in transit. Please keep it in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible. Do not refreeze.
We also recommend express shipping (+ € 3.00 surcharge) as a shipping option for all refrigerated / frozen goods, delivery to the next working day after delivery guaranteed to service providers. It is particularly important in summer when the outside temperature is relatively higher than normal temperature. If you do not select this shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for this and the full invoice amount is still due. If you do not choose this express shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for quality problems during transport.

Reward Points are collected when a new purchase is completed. 1% of total purchase price excluding shipping cost and tax will be saved for next purchases.

To ensure that every frozen product arrives safely and optimally chilled, all frozen products are carefully packed by hand in a high-quality, reusable Styrofoam box. All fresh items in an insulated shipping container with sufficient cooling.
Note: You as a customer are obliged to guarantee acceptance of your ordered goods during this period - either by you personally or possibly by a neighbor. For DPD, a corresponding note must be clearly visible. If you do not comply with this obligation and the goods are thawed or spoiled, the full invoice amount is still due.
Please note that between May to October (summer time) we ship all refrigerated/frozen goods only with express shipping to ensure the best product quality and cold chain.
Furthermore, we recommend our customers EXPRESS-Versand (+3.00 € surcharge) as shipping method for all fresh/frozen products in order to deliver the fresh/frozen products to customers as soon as possible. If you do not choose this express shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for quality problems during transport.
