what makes Kooksoondang Makgeoli Grape alc. 3% 750ml different
Guksundang Rice Makgeolli is made with the rice fermentation method. Rice, the most important material, is harvested within a year and made only from domestically produced rice. In addition, unlike the rice wine that was used to make and use Godubap by applying the raw rice fermentation method of Baekseju, it is characterized by minimizing the destruction of nutrients generated during processing of rice and utilizing the unique flavor and taste of Makgeolli rice wine. Guksundang Rice Grape is based on the traditional method of fermenting rice, and you can enjoy the unique taste and grape flavor of makgeolli by adding grape puree and grape flavor.

Makgeolli Rice Wine in Korea und Japan
Makgeolli (Korean: 막걸리, raw rice wine) is a Korean alcoholic beverage. The milky, off-white and lightly sparkling rice wine has a slight viscosity that tastes slightly sweet, tangy, bitter, and astringent. Chalky sediment gives it a cloudy appearance. As a low proof drink of six to nine percent alcohol by volume, it is often considered a happy, communal beverage. In Korea, makgeolli is often unpasteurized, and the wine continues to mature in the bottle. Because of the short shelf life of unpasteurized "draft" makgeolli, many exported makgeolli undergo pasteurization, which deprives the beverage of complex enzymes and flavor compounds.
