What makes Kimura Ankomochi Kurogoma Rice Cake Mochi with Sesam 120g different

It is a glutinous dough that is made from 100% domestically produced paddy rice glutinous rice with a traditional pestle and mortar, and wraps the bean paste that uses 100% Hokkaido azuki beans. By wrapping the moderately sweet bean paste in mochi with a pestle and baking it, it has a freshly baked fragrance that is different from Daifuku, which is eaten as it is.

Cooking method
