A deep-taste bagged stew made easily at home Chungjungwon Gomerecipe Budae-jjigaeSeasoning is an authentic Budae-jjigae seasoning with a deep soup taste. It makes delicious dishes without the need for complicated recipes or special seasonings. 450cc of water, 50g of sausage, 70g of ham, 50g of onion, 30g of green onions, and 30g of ground pork are carefully trimmed. Put seasoning, water and prepared ingredients in a pan, and boil for 4 minutes to make a delicious Budae-jjigae. Tip: Korean Budae-jjigae or spicy sausage stew is a type of jjigae, made with ham, sausage, spam, baked beans, kimchi and gochujang. The dish was created shortly after the armistice that ended the Korean War, using the scrounged or smuggled surplus foods from the U. S. army bases.
