Ajinomoto Oyakata Ramen Shoyu with soy sauce flavor is a traditional Japanese noodle soup with a characteristic, intense flavor of soy sauce, with chives and black pepper.

Preparation with a pot:
1. In a pan boil 450 ml water. Add noodles.
2. Boil the noodles for 3 minutes.
3. Add seasonings.
4. Stir, serve and enjoy straightaway!

Preparation without cooking:
1. Crush noodles into a bowl, add seasonings from the sachet. Pour over with 450 ml of hot water.
2. Cover and leave for 3 minutes.

Instant noodles (88%): Wheat flour, palm oil, modified starch, salt, raising agents (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), seasonings (12%): Soy sauce powder (24%) (Soy beans, Wheat, maltodextrin, salt), salt, flavour enhancers: E621, E635; sugar, chicken extract powder (chicken extract, maltodextrin, salt), colour: E150c; flavourings (contain Wheat), garlic powder, onion powder, chicken fat, maltodextrin, dried chives, black pepper, hydrolyzed maize protein (hydrolyzed maize protein, salt), acidity regulator: lactic acid.
The product may contain traces of: crustaceans, molluscs, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, egg, fish, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.
