What makes Cj Beksul Maesildang Plum Syrup 1.2kg different

Plum is rich in enzymes that help activate metabolism and is used in the preparation of various dishes and teas. The conventional plum syrup, Mesilchung, is somewhat inconvenient when used in stir-fries and relishes due to its low viscosity. In addition, the unique sourness of mesilchong sometimes masked the taste of other ingredients in the dish. In order to compensate for these disadvantages, the CJ Beksul Plum Syrup adds coolking syrup to plum juice to create a viscous liquid equivalent. The strong sourness characteristic of existing plum syrup has also been reduced.

When used in various stir-fries and stews, CJ Beksul Plum Syrup brings out the luster along with the flavor, and when served with meat laid down or fish stew, it is useful for removing the miscellaneous taste peculiar to raw materials. It can be enjoyed in plum drinks mixed with water in a ratio of 3 to 1.
