Author: Sarah Henke Sarah Henke was born in South Korea, but came to Germany as an adopted child at the age of one and a half, where she grew up in southern Lower Saxony. After graduating from high school and training as a cook with positions at the Schlosshotel Lerbach, in Portugal and at “Aqua” in Wolfsburg, she managed “Spices” in Sylt (one Michelin star) for three years. In 2015 she opened the "Yoso" in Andernach. She cooks an Asian-inspired fusion cuisine, dividing the dishes into the elements fire-water-air-earth. For our book, she discovers the best recipes from her Korean homeland.
