Korean Hot Stone Pot is ideal to make hot stone pot bibimbap (dolsot-bibimbap), which is a variation of bibimbap served in a very hot dolsot (stone pot), as a raw egg is cooked against the sides of the hot bowl. The bowl is so hot that anything that touches it sizzles for minutes.

Before the rice is placed in the bowl, the bottom of the bowl is coated with sesame oil, making the layer of the rice touching the bowl cook to a crisp, golden brown known as nurungji. With this hot stone pot, you can make a delicious hot stone pot bibimbap at home!

How to use and care

● When the stone pot is heated directly on the fire for the first time, it expands due to the hot heat and may cause incontinence or cracks. Avoid rapid heating or cooling is recommended to minimize incontinence or cracks.
● Hot stone pot is heated directly on the fire. Therefore, it is extremely hot when food is cooked and served. Please always use the wooden plate and gloves (best with Hot Stone Pot Tongs) to serve the hot stone pot.

How to take care of Incontinence

1. Knead flour and water like a paste.
2. Apply evenly to the stone pot and heat on the lowest heat for 20-30 minutes. The water kneaded between the incontinences will enter the dry skin.
3. When the stone bowl has cooled, wash it with warm water. Cooking bibimbap can help manage incontinence.
