Directions (For 8servings); 160g this solid stew, 300g meat(chicken and so on), 400g onion, 200g carrot, 300g potato,900ml water, 200ml milk 1. Fry the meat and vegetables well, pour water. 2. When it comes to a boil, remove the scum and cook them. 3. Then stop the fire once and add the solid stew in it. Simmer it over low heat for 5 minutes again. 4. Add milk, simmer it for 5min further.
