what makes Morinaga Organic Tofu Soft, Vergan and Gluten Free, DE-ÖKO-001, 340g different
Morinaga organic silk tofu is a creamy silken tofu with higher water content, which is an excellent alternative to eggs and dairy products. The consistency is by far not as hard as the usual tofu from Germany and therefore perfect for pureeing. Therefore, as a curd or yogurt substitute, this tofu is ideal for making many kinds of "soft" dishes, for example, soups and creams, sauces and dips, shakes and smoothies, and even cakes. Great: the tofu contains no preservatives and provides important proteins, vitamins and iron. Morinaga organic silk tofu is gluten free and vegan.
