Non-Fried Noodles with Wheat and Kelp Flavor
This cup noodle product features medium-thin, straight noodles that are non-fried, offering a texture comparable to fresh noodles. The composition includes wheat flour and whole wheat flour, along with kelp extract to provide a distinct flavor base in the noodles themselves. This carefully developed noodle texture is designed to pair effectively with the rich soup. The product is a quick preparation of a classic Japanese-Chinese noodle dish, Tantan-Men, in a convenient 100g serving.
Rich, Sesame-Infused Broth
The characteristic flavor of this Tantan-Men is derived from its creamy soup base. The broth combines a Miso and pork extract base, enriched with a pronounced sesame aroma and a moderate flavor profile that includes a gentle, balanced spiciness. The seasoning oil and spice blend contribute to the depth of the flavor. Included toppings consist of seasoned minced meat (soboro), ground sesame, and green onion, which add texture and visual appeal to the final prepared dish.
How to Enjoy
This cup is designed for quick and easy preparation. Simply open the lid halfway, remove the included seasoning and topping packets, and add the contents to the cup. Pour hot water (up to the inner line) over the noodles and ingredients, close the lid securely, and let it stand for the recommended time (typically 4 minutes, please check the product packaging for exact time). After the wait, stir well to thoroughly mix the soup base and toppings with the noodles. Serve directly from the cup for a warm meal.
