what makes Cj Soba Noodles, 400G different

Taste that moves your mind. Contains 30.3% buckwheat flour. The noodles are made chewier by using the flour milling technology of CJ and are rich in the unique fragrance of buckwheat.
1. Boil 5 cups of water (1000cc) in a pan, add 1 buckwheat (100g) and simmer for 4-5 minutes. (Stir with the wooden chopsticks to prevent sticking)
2. Rinse the boiled surface thoroughly in cold water, and drain it off the sieve.
3. Pour the prepared broth on the boiled side and eat it according to your preference.
