Shipments within Germany

* The shipping cost only within the German mainland. The German islands will be surchanged and will be contacted by NikanKitchen after you place your order. All orders within Germany are shipped via DPD or DHL. Shipping details and tracking information will be delivered by email once your order is shipped.
** The actual delivery days depend on the carriers. Please check the tracking status directly at the carriers once you recieve the shippment email with a tracking number from us.
*** To ensure that every frozen product arrives safely and optimally chilled, all frozen products are carefully packed by hand in a high-quality, reusable Styrofoam box. Due to the extra chilled packaging and shipping we ship frozen and fresh items with a flat-rate of 6.90 €, regardless of the order value and the number of fresh items, in an insulated shipping container with sufficient cooling.

Please note that between May to October (summer time) we ship all refrigerated/frozen goods only with express shipping to ensure the best product quality and cold chain.

We also recommend express shipping (+ € 3.00 surcharge) as a shipping option for all refrigerated / frozen goods, delivery to the next working day (within 24 hours) after delivery guaranteed to service providers. It is particularly important in summer when the outside temperature is relatively higher than normal temperature. If you do not select this shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for this and the full invoice amount is still due. If you do not choose this express shipping option and the goods thaw or spoil, NikanKitchen is not responsible for quality problems during transport.

Shipments outside Germany

For perfect cooling, all frozen / chilled products are NOT shipped outside of Germany / within the EU.
