Recipes
Ingredients: Cheongjeongwon (gyojeongwon) 80g, beef or pork 120g, onion 250g, potato 160g,
Pumpkin (1/3 of them) 80 g, carrot (1/2 crouton) 60 g, minced garlic (1/2 tablespoon) 6 g, cooking oil (2 tablespoon) 20 g, water (2 cups) 500 ml

1. Cut the meat, onion, carrot into dice and stir well with grape seed oil together with chopped garlic.
2. Once the material passes fire, add 500 ml of water (2 cups) and boil until the material is ripe.
3. After weakening the fire stir chajang powder little by little while stirring well for 2-3 minutes.
4. Stop the fire and stir until about 2 to 3 minutes until the thickening comes out, put it on rice and noodles.
