How to Enjoy

To prepare, boil 600ml of water and add the noodles. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water, leaving about 8 spoons (120ml) remaining. Return the noodles and retained water to the pan, add the liquid sauce packet, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Finally, stir in the dried flake packet and serve immediately. For a milder flavor, you can add cheese or a fried egg to temper the fiery sauce.
